“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.” — Albert Einstein
From the time I was a young child, my most used question has been – Why? At one time in our marriage, my late husband asked me why I was questioning and doubting him. It was because he had told me something and I asked my usual – why. He felt that I was questioning his judgement. I explained to him that I trusted him, I just had a need to understand and have had since I was a child.
You can question because you are just being argumentative in which case, you won’t learn much. If you are questioning because you genuinely want to understand more and more – you will learn and grow.
